nerd

its wednesday and i'm not out! and its the good week for Mittwoch club. (everyother week is good) well, maybe i should explain about Mittwoch club. u walk down a dark street and u knock on a ratty looking door, or sometimes there is a lone person standing there. u say the password and you go downstairs (yes, basement) and there's music and dancing and everyone's there! a lot of students go for this and its where u see your friends and catch up with what everybody's been doing. but i'm not there because i'm preparing the case study for tmr's project meeting. nerd nerd nerd. Aber, ich kann mein Geld sparen. (haha. i'll say anything to console myself.)

Logistics is really intimidating. decided to go for one and give up the other. 16 people in the class. all guys, except me. 80% of the class are graduates. except for me and like 2 other German students, both of whom are in their last semester (10th semester..i'm in my 6th). gah. and on the first day the professor was like asking everyone about their work experience. and it was all super impressive. except when it came to my turn, it was embarrasing really. hahaha. but this class is really quite something, i feel like i'm doing an MBA or something. its so interactive and its more real in the sense that i finally feel that engineering is practical and not theoretical. and its fun. ok, granted, logistics is not engineering at all, but the case studies concern engineering companies and the examples used are all engineering related and it suddenly becomes real, you know? and i'm doing this course but not claiming the credits. so, in a sense, not so stressed. ha.
