Nowadays

Well, apart from (not) studying for the exams. Watching football. Ocassionally Cooking. Doing the million things that i have to do, i have also been arranging my next semester's timetable. Arghh. There's nothing as blatant a reality check as that. At first, i didn't even want to think about it, but now, i have come to terms with the fact that life goes on after this. And its back home soon.
And i'm reading Harry Potter und der Stein der Weisen. Hard though. i don't know a lot of words, but knowing the story helps a lot. Going really slow. I can't read a whole chapter at one go. Hahah. Its taxing hey. Its times like this, i get an inkling of what it could be like for kids like Kenny.
And I'm watching James Blunt in concert! I got the standing part. how cool is that? For 36.80euros, i think its not bad.

The other choice was to watch The Who. But that was over 50euros. Wanted to go watch the Strokes last week but i promised Aurore to watch the french-spain game. Was a really good game. (dont even want to blog about germany-italy game, it was so sad. they dont even have their little german flags on their cars anymore. well, to be totally honest, i wanted germany to lose. they were getting on my nerves with the incescent honking and their very rude cheers. but to see the whole crowd of germans walking back to their cars/to the train station looking so sad, their heads hanging and their flags limp over their shoulders. my gosh, i actually felt the depression of the nation. And the next day at school. ahhh. well, i will support them for the next match against portugal.)

Went out with Andrea, Steffi and Lara last night. Girls night out. Haven't done that in a while. And we played never-ever-ever. Now i know everyone's dirty laundry. And i still managed to go to class today despite having a big one.

And Lara is going home in 1.5 weeks time. And that will mark the start of the end.

And Ben is coming in 2 days time. World cup finals this weekend.
