Quiche

Look! Quiche Lorraine. And I did this. All by myself!
*beams*
Cheesy-oozy goodness with bacon and ham bits.

It turned out well, much to my surprised!

And Tonight, am gonna try make Mee Siam, from the prima premix! *yayness* at last, the taste of home.

One other thing i've been doing lately is to cook a lot of rice at one go and i'll keep it in the fridge. And i can make fried rice as and when i want! Fried rice with onions & bacon. Fried rice with cheese, tomato & ham. Fried rice with tomato & basil pesto.

ok, to those who want to make quiche lorraine:

u need:
1) pastry dough about 32cm diameter
2) 3 eggs
3) ham and bacon bits - as much as u want
4) 200ml fresh cream
5) cheese - as much as u want
6) salt and pepper

u do:
preheat oven to 200 degress celcius
1) place the dough in pie tray and roll the sides in
2) poke holes in the pastry with a fork
3) lay out the ham and bacon bits in pie
4) beat eggs and add in fresh cream, pepper and salt
5) add the eggs and cream mixture into the pie
6) cover with lots of cheese
7) put in the oven for about 20-30mins (i think)

i hope that works! because now that i think about it, i dont really remember the details.

anyway, these things work best with instincts and not genauigkeit! hahaha
