world cup

ok, pictures of edinburgh and glasgow will have to wait because its........
WORLD CUP!
yes, i was there. well, not at the stadium but close enough. there were like big screens like 30mins walk from where i stay, so i went down and caught all the action. it was crazy.
people from all over the world, crazy germans, lots of stalls selling food and stuff, crazy germans, beer tents/halls, make-believe beaches (yes, they had like patches of sand complete with deck chairs and beach volleyball nets...i know, like WTF?), oh and did i mention crazy germans?
it was so intoxicating, to see a bunch of people getting so excited about something. it was unbelivably fun though. there were even executives in their suits with their flags and face paint, like how awesome can it get. AND when they won, the cars were like all honking in the streets and people cheering german cheers and what not. yes, i'm a little high from world cup atmosphere, but if this is what its gonna be like every game, then the next month is gonna be really something!
